What does the Gihon Spring have to do with healing? It just so happens it flows into the Pool of Siloam, which is where Jesus healed people.

“The Gihon Spring's historical significance and its role in the anointing of King Solomon, which is a biblical event that Jesus is central to, suggests a potential connection to Jesus' ministry. The spring's name, Gihon, means "to gush forth," and the living water symbolized by the spring reflects the spiritual nourishment (and healing) Jesus offered to His followers. The Siloam Pool and reservoir are fed by the underground Gihon springs.”

Pool of Siloam, the Place Where Jesus Healed the Blind Man. Ancient Gihon Spring,
There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. Psalms 46:4–5.

“God Is Our River of Joy. The city of Jerusalem, water was a precious commodity in Jerusalem, one of the few ancient cities not built on a river. Wisely, Hezekiah had built an underground water system that connected the Spring of Gihon in Kidron with the Pool of Siloam within the city, so water was available (2 Kings 20:20; 2 Chron. 32:30).” Warren W. Wiersbe.
On 1/23/23, I posted: "The Israel Antiquities Authority, the Israel National Parks Authority and the City of David Foundation announced days before the new year that the Pool of Siloam, a biblical site cherished by Christians and Jews, will be open to the public for the first time in 2,000 years in the near future.
This news means that one of the most important archeological discoveries in history can soon be seen by visitors from all over the world. It will affirm all they believe. Having faith is part of worshipping God, but faith alone isn’t required to believe. There are historic facts attesting to the truth of Scripture." Biblical Site ~ The Pool of Siloam.
The Feasts of Israel book reads: “The Jews counted the outpouring of the wine and the outpouring of the waters of Siloam as symbolic of the coming outpouring of the Spirit when Messiah came. The Feast of Tabernacles was also the outpouring of rain. It is worthy to note that Jesus spoke these things concerning the rivers of the Spirit during the Feast of Tabernacles, not the feast of Passover and not the feast of Pentecost…it finds it’s fullness in the Tabernacles outpouring of the Spirit or the RAIN of God…Christ will come to His people in a NEW VISITATION, there will be increased insight into His doctrine and there will be a mighty flow of the river of the Spirit of God from the church…”
They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures. Psalm 36:8
I ask you this, is it a coincidence that the dam which created the Pool of Siloam was discovered as an archaeological find less than six months before my Gihon Spring dream occurred? In addition, that I even dreamed of the Gihon Spring which is associated with the outpouring of His Spirit in a new visitation! Quite interesting, isn’t it?

I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath… Acts 2:19.
Our Lord is a God of hide and seek. He loves to hide so we will seek. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah 55:6. In addition, the Lord said “Seek Me with all your heart, and I will be found by you.”
Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:12-13.
