Pamela Humphrey, has completed her new book “My Sister’s Walk with God”: a touching narrative that recalls the author’s true-to-life circumstances that show her devotion to the Lord through pain and triumph. Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, her book invites readers to witness a life of steadfastly serving God and believing in His promise of deliverance, especially in times of great toil and uncertainty.
The author is a former businesswoman who has thirty years of experience in corporate America. She was happily employed as a consultant for an aerospace company when the Lord suddenly told her to retire in 2015. After receiving a vivid dream to choose God’s work, she gave up her career to follow God’s calling full-time.
Pam’s Christian faith began when she was in high school after attending a “Jesus People” crusade in 1975. However, it was not until 1995 when she was baptized in the Holy Spirit that her gifts from God really started to take off in her life.
The gifts that the Lord began to manifest resulted in a deep passion for prayer. A prophetic intercessor was being formed. She started keeping a journal of her experiences, which included prayers, dreams, scripture addresses, and prophecies from the Lord. The formative years of her walk with Jesus were quite unusual, which continues to be the case today—biblical but unusual!
To say the experiences that Pam has had with God have been amazing clearly underestimates the reality of them. They are truly miraculous—plain and simple!
This book will surely uplift hearts and enlighten minds on the love and mercy of God that encompasses all who heed His will and trust in His ways. You will laugh, cry, and be awe-inspired reading this beautiful and sometimes difficult journey of "My Sister’s Walk with God."
