Trillion Cut

“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.” Revelation 22:16.

What do diamonds and stars have to do with each other?  I had no clue or interest, until this recent dream.  The message has come in stages and as does a lot of God’s dreams, steeped in symbolism.  Like a parable or a package to be unwrapped. 

In the dream I was with a wealthy Man who knew the value of a good quality diamond.  I had been given one triangular cut solitaire diamond earring set in solid gold for my birthday.  It was worth $4,000.00.

I showed the singular earring to Him which He acknowledged. I sensed the other earring was in His possession.  I then, proceeded to dump out the contents of my jewelry box with sundry earrings.  As I dumped the jewelry, I said to Him that my life had changed so much I had no need for any of the old jewelry.  I made room for the one solitary diamond earring to be placed alone in the box.

Upon waking, I heard: “Speak to the wind and shine like stars; proclaim My Name among the nations.”

Some scriptures gave context.  Then he said to me, “Speak a prophetic message to the winds, son of man. Speak a prophetic message and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so they may live again.’” Ezekiel 37:9.

Do all things without complaining and disputing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky...  Philippians 2:14-15.

After prayer, I surmised that the wealthy Man was the Lord.  He was knowledgeable about diamonds because He creates them!  And one (earring) is the number of God; unity that can’t be divided; the first; eternal wholeness—in time, rank, order, and importance. 

Now, a diamond is the hardest gemstone on Earth.  Diamond is unchangeable; a diamond is forever.  Gold is God’s glory.  The shape of the stone is interesting.  It was a triangle to represent the triune God, three sided (Father, Son and Holy Spirit).  I discovered it to be called a Trillion cut stone.  

But, why an earring?  The earring was a ‘birthday’ gift and something valuable, precious.  Another scripture was given: Listen to me, hear this you distant nations: Before I was born the Lord called me; from my mother’s womb He has spoken my name. Isaiah 49:1. In other words, it is a spiritual gift I was born with.  The Spirit gives the ability to hear God’s voice, prophecy, because ear signifies hearing.  But one earring?  Indicating one singular purpose for the Lord, the Triune God…a Trillion cut. 

Now, something eye opening happened when I investigated a Trillion cut diamond.  It has a STAR in its center!  This fact connects the diamond in the dream with the ‘words’ I heard upon waking: “Speak to the wind and shine like stars (or like diamonds); proclaim My Name among the nations.”

Moving on to the value of the earring being $4,000.00.  Four means to reign and rule (over the world); kingdoms; dominion; creation (including things in Heaven and earth).  And, one thousand is maturity; mature service; and mature judgment.  So, 4,000 indicates to rule and reign with full maturity and judgment. 

Look what Jesus says to we who overcome, are wise and turn many to righteousness:  And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations— ‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron; they shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’—as I also have received from My Father; and I will give him the morning star.  “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”  Revelation 2:26-29.

And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.  Daniel 12:3.

We will rule and reign with Him over the nations in the millennium (1,000-year reign), we will shine like diamonds/stars and He will give us Himself, the Morning Star!  I do have to add here that stars cannot shine unless it is dark outside.  Meaning, we are going to have to shine in the darkness (evil) of our time.  We have to be adamantly hard as diamonds to profess His truth.  We cannot be ashamed or timid or fearful of man or circumstances as this would negate our overcoming. 

The admonition to “Speak to the wind and shine like stars; proclaim My Name among the nations.” means to let the wind carry our voices and be brilliant (as a diamond) examples of Christ.  In addition, speak to the nations wherever we are.  We don’t have to leave our country to speak to the nations, our country lets them in and they are all around us…different nationalities! 

So, what do diamonds and stars have to do with each other?  It’s easy to see the dream has a simple meaning not only for me but I think for all of us living in these last days.  If we shine like stars as He is asking, God will do His awesome ‘new’ Trillion Cut work!

Look among the nations and watch—Be utterly astounded!  For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you.  Habakkuk 1:5.
