Peace I Leave With You

I have been praying for peace for my husband and I with all the craziness going on in the world.  As I sat in silence after prayer with my eyes closed, I had a rare vision.  A white dove flew toward me holding two olive branches in her mouth.  One branch for me and one for him.

I then received a scripture address:  Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.  Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.  (John 14:27).

Believe it or not, the vision was confirmed the same night by a witness of bread!  I watched television after my prayer time and the Great British Baking Show (which I love) was on.  During the show it was bread week and two bakers chose to create doves with olive branches!  In addition, later in the evening I saw the words “olive branch” and “dove” on two different television shows the same night!  I adore when God confirms His presence.

The meaning of a dove with an olive branch represents peace. This symbol is present in all countries all over the world.  It was first seen in the account of Noah after the great flood.  Genesis 8:11: Then the dove came to him in the evening and behold, she had a freshly picked olive branch in her mouth.  I am sure you agree with me that we all need more peace in our lives.  I pray this vision encourages you.

Great peace have those who love Your law, and nothing can make them stumble.  (Psalm 119:165).

O you afflicted one, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay your stones with colorful gems, and lay your foundations with sapphires.  (Isaiah 54:11).
