I was watching TV the other night and came across an incredible movie; it was about a dancing white stallion.  It is a true account which took place in Napa, California.  The Dancing Stallion is based on the factual story of a horse named Centurion ‘who was adopted and learned the art of Mexican horse dancing.  After rescuing Centurion from his abusive home, his new owner, Ellissia, becomes critically ill, and the pair learn the power of resilience.’

THEY NEEDED A MIRACLE… AND FOUND A LEGEND. I am quoting the movie trailer of Centurion: The Dancing Stallion.

“Ellissia adopts the white stallion to train in the art of Mexican Horse Dancing: A Cultural Treasure.   As she starts teaching the handsome but previously abused Centurion, Ellissia falls critically ill with Leukemia, which keeps her from competing in a celebrated equestrian event.”

After she is hospitalized, Centurion also falls ill.  Now, this is where the miraculous part comes in…after the family intercedes and prays, Ellissia recovers as does Centurion.

There is a scene when the doctor tells Ellissia that she will recover.  And, at the same time at the ranch back home, Centurion’s trainer turned on a song and the stallion got up and danced.  In the movie, it was as if they did not know the horse could dance.  From that point on, they both got stronger and were healed.

A quote from Rancho Centurion where Centurion now lives in Napa Valley.  “Centurion, The Leader. His name echoes back to the military leaders of the Roman Legion. He is a leader among horses and his ability to dance is second to none. He is a wonderful horse who survived about the worst life can treat one, and emerged from it stronger, with a beautiful spirit he shares with the world.”

If you get a chance, look at the videos of him dancing it’s a miraculous, beautiful story.
