I will bring the one-third through the fire, will refine them as silver is refined, and test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘This is My people’; And each one will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’” Zechariah13:9.

When God is preparing to use His servants in a mighty way, He takes them through the furnace first. The fiery furnace of affliction. Now, affliction is not just physical.  But it can be anything that alters our life to the point where nothing else matters. This is the place of the fire; a purifying fire from God to melt away and mold us into a new image and a renewed mind.

Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.  Isaiah 48:10.

The depth of one’s gifts from the Holy Spirit can sometimes only be experienced through deep suffering. The Lord allows disorder and removes our peace so that we might find hope and peace in Him, alone.

And so, it is with one of the three ambassadors that President Trump has selected to bring light to Hollywood. He appointed Mel Gibson, Sylvester Stallone, and Jon Voight to be "Special Ambassadors" to iconic Tinseltown. Trump Names Sylvester Stallone, Mel Gibson, Jon Voight as Ambassadors

“The ongoing crises in Hollywood due to wildfires and production delays are unprecedented, and Trump’s aggressive plan to bring back its “Golden Age” through these appointments is an entirely new chapter in his volatile relationship with the entertainment industry...”

“During an interview with Mel Gibson, he shared he lost his home during the massive and deadly fires that broke out in the Los Angeles on Jan. 7.

However, he said it has been a "blessing" in disguise. He sees the loss of his home as a preparation for The Resurrection of the Christ: “I feel like I’m being stripped down… I feel like the Almighty is preparing me to do something big.”

Gibson added, despite the mismanagement and the disaster, it is important to look at the upside and trust God. "You seek first the kingdom of God and you will always be ok," he said. "You'll get what you need. Look at the flowers of the field, look at the birds of the air. They get fed, they get clothed. That's Matthew I think."

"Honestly, I see it as a purification. I got a lot of faith.” Gibson says now is the perfect time to begin preparing for a new role in "The Resurrection of the Christ" – the sequel to the 2004 blockbuster "The Passion of the Christ". "Society is devolving...We need a reminder of the most basic things that form our civilization...Civilization is being threatened," he said.

Gibson added, "I believe it's not in my timing. I thought 20 years may have been too late, but now it's perfect. And I have had all this taken and now it sort of frees me up to not worry about that stuff and just move ahead and do what I am being called to do. And I am being called to do it."

I do not think it is a coincidence that these three men are believers in Jesus. Let’s pray for them that they are filled with a fresh anointing from the Holy Spirit to do His work in the entertainment industry. I can’t wait to see the transformation and revival of Hollywood, which will touch the lives of millions around the world. To God be the glory!

“I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you, that you may not bear it yourself alone.” Numbers 11:17.

“A light to bring revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of Your people Israel.” “Behold, this Child is destined for the fall and rising of many in Israel, and for a sign which will be spoken against… that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2:32, 34-35.

On 2/14/25, I posted Ambassadors to Hollywood. “President Trump has selected to bring light to Hollywood; he appointed Mel Gibson, Sylvester Stallone, and Jon Voight to be "Special Ambassadors" to iconic Tinseltown.

As I sat in my prayer closet the last part of March, I asked God ‘What are the Ambassadors to Hollywood doing, Lord?’  I hadn’t read anything about any progress. A couple days later I got my answer.

On 3/26/25, “Mel Gibson’s ‘Passion of the Christ’ Sequel to Start Shooting This Summer at Rome’s Cinecittà Studios. “The Passion of the Christ” will resurrect this summer.” Mel Gibson's Passion of the Christ Sequel to Shoot This Summer in Rome

“While further details remain unknown at present, Gibson has also teased two vastly different versions of The Resurrection of the Christ. Writing two scripts for the sequel, Gibson has described one as "very structured and a very strong script, and kind of more what you'd expect,” while the other “is like an acid trip. Because you’re going into other realms and stuff. I mean, you’re in hell, and you’re watching the angels fall. It’s like, crazy.” We wait with bated breath to find out which version he chose.”

In an interview with podcaster Joe Rogan, Gibson said he intends to employ a wide scope for the film about the Son of God’s resurrection. “I think in order to really tell the story properly you have to start with the fall of the angels, which means you’re in another place, you’re in another realm. You need to go to hell. You need to go to Sheol,” Gibson said. Mel Gibson to Begin Shooting 'The Resurrection of the Christ' in August; Joe Rogan Experience #2254 - Mel Gibson

Let’s pray for Mel that he is filled with a fresh anointing from the Holy Spirit to do His work in the entertainment industry. I can’t wait to see the film which I believe will bring transformation and revival, which will touch the lives of millions around the world. To God be the glory!
