Alice's Bible

During the time of my foot issue and when God was speaking ‘Feet’, I discovered an amazing photo from 1975!  I had just gotten saved and was full of gusto for telling people about Jesus.  One of my first Gospel recipients was Alice.  We attended a youth conservation camp (YCC) in the San Bernardino Mountains together.  In fact, it was the first time this government program took high school aged females (from around LA County) to live and work next to Heli Shot crews (aka Fire Jumpers).

I witnessed the Gospel to my newfound friend and she trusted Jesus as her Savior.  I gave her my Bible that I received when I gave my life to Him a few months earlier.  I wrote an inscription in it and underlined my lifetime verse, which was for her, too!  A short time back, she sent me a picture of this nostalgic Bible.  I filed it in my photos without paying too much attention to the background.

The other day I saw the photo again on my phone and to my utter surprise, I saw a foot!  If I had seen it when she sent it, the foot would have just been funny.  But since the Lord has been speaking to me about feet, I found the appearance of the foot a God incidence.  “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of Peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!”
