Speak to the Wind ~ A Lahaina Miracle

“Just as the physical rains we have received in the West spread eastward, this weather experience was a sign to us that the spiritual rains will be poured out in the same way.  Starting in the West and moving eastward will also be the winds of revival, blowing through the country like a wind-swept force of His Spirit.”

If you recall the Lord announced the end time revival was at the door and rain on its way through the dream Ask the Lord for the Rain in July 2022.  In short, the dream’s meaning being the Lord’s voice driving me through the on-ramp up to God’s highway, headed westward toward revival.  The outpouring of physical rains arrived six months later.

An excerpt from the dream: “A highway is “The Way: The Christian faith and way of life; Christ.  And going west by extension can stand for ‘the cross.’  Revival comes by way of the cross; therefore, west can signify ‘revival’.  Those revival showers come right out of the West. Jesus said, “When ye see a cloud rise out of the West, straightway ye say, ‘There cometh a shower; and so, it is’. (Luke 12:54b).”  

On May 5th, God announced the winds of His Spirit will start blowing.  He wanted it posted beginning in August.  The morning I posted ‘Blows from the West’ (8/9/23) was the morning news broke on the Lahaina, Maui fire.  It was spurred on by hurricane-force winds, blowing on the ‘West’ side of the island. 

When the fire hit, my husband and I were catapulted into the situation on a personal level.  We have known a pastor friend in Lahaina for over twenty years.  Steve is the pastor of a Calvary Chapel in Maui, which has service locations in Lahaina and at a nearby park. 

A few days after the disaster, I awoke thinking Steve’s church is CC Westside.  I believe strongly as I have said before, revival comes OUT OF THE WEST.  In addition, Hawaii is west of us!  I thought the revival would come out of the west as in California, but what if it starts farther west…Lahaina, Maui?  Could Steve’s church be the flame that helps ignite this move of the Spirit?

God’s Revelation to Elijah (and Steve) 1 Kings 19:11-12: Then He said, “Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.

Around the same time in early August, I kept hearing “Speak (healing and revival) to the wind and shine like stars; proclaim My name among the nations.”

Then he said to me, “Speak a prophetic message to the winds, son of man. Speak a prophetic message and say, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so they may live again.’”  Ezekiel 37:9.

And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.  Daniel 12:3.

A week later, San Diego (and California) had our own once in a 100-year hurricane head toward us!  We were directly in the eye as it passed over San Diego.  It was downgraded to a tropical cyclone which has never made landfall in California at hurricane intensity in recorded history.  Hurricane Hilary becomes Category 3 on path to California - as Los Angeles and San Diego prepare.

Oh and one last event happened the same day the hurricane made landfall, an earthquake of 5.5 hit the Los Angeles area.  Hurriquake: 5.5 Magnitude Earthquake in LA During Historic Tropical Storm.  Do you see the pattern here mirroring 1 Kings 19:11-12?  Wind, fire and earthquake!

Let me be honest.  I enjoy giving to those that can be trusted to spread the love of our God with honesty and integrity.  Pastor Steve is one who has been entrusted by Jesus to do this work physically and spiritually to Lahaina.
