Master’s Class

In the post Ships of Tarshish, I wrote: “At the beginning of 2023 and during the time when the Lord sent us rain, I dreamed.  I will break the dreams into two posts even though they are related and both prophetic, distance will help me explain them better.  Both dreams happened on the same night.”  This is the second dream.

In this dream, I am a participant.  I found myself in a shower, lathering up all over and rinsing.  It was a long shower.  The shower stall was opaque and I could see people on the other side of the opaque wall.  They were similar to an army or a gathering of strong men and women.  They were working out on exercise equipment to get stronger.

I got out of the shower and was given white undergarments to put on.  There was Someone near me who was ‘In Charge’.  I felt He was strict.  We were showered and ready for a mission.  The dream ended. 

I awoke to the term ‘Master’s Class’ and a scripture address Isaiah 41:1 Keep silence before Me, O coastlands, and let the people renew their strength!  Let them come near, then let them speak; let us come near together for judgment.

Whew, I’m going to need Jesus’s help to interpret.  Let’s first look at the symbols and prayerfully gather the meaning of this second dream.  To begin with, showering and lathering up indicates repentance but also, renewing my mind by washing my hair.  Cleaning off the old to get ready for the new.

Once fully cleansed (in God’s shower), I was given new white undergarments to wear.  Indicating, a change for the better to change into new ones.  I was to join with the others who were already washed, clothed and getting stronger through physical exercise in a joint mission to a new level. 

Of course, the Strict One is our Lord.  Hearing ‘Master’s Class’ was interesting.  "Masterclass is a class given to students of a particular discipline by an expert of that discipline where skills are being developed.  In addition, it is also used in a figurative sense to describe a display of great skill in a context where education was not the primary intention.”

Further prayer revealed more verses:

They shall be like mighty men, who tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle.  They shall fight because the Lord is with them… Zechariah 10:5.

At its most basic, this dream indicates a cleansing, renewal of my mind and my strength through a learning process.  But I am not alone.  There are others who I do not know that have gone (or are going) through this same process.  Who are they?  Could you be one of them? 

Only the Lord knows, but we are all renewing, changing our foundations (undergarments) and getting stronger for a singular purpose.  We have attended the Master’s Class and are prepared for a fight in the Army of the Lord.
