Eclipsed by Glory: What is the Price?

Golden afflictions are eclipsed by Gods glory. “What is the price we pay to buy such valuable spiritual treasure? It is purchased at the cost of great personal pain. This golden glory is bought in the fire and is attained only as we persevere and endure through the fiery trials that God sends us.

When the crisis explodes, God wants us to fix our focus on Him, find Him in the adversity, and discover the Spirit’s pathway to renewed victory and buy gold.” *

You have heard the term ‘You get what you pay for’? This is true in the spiritual realm. In the kingdom of God, in regard to the gold we buy from Him…we get what we pay for. When buying gold, suffering is the currency we use to be glorified.

Moreover, whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. Romans 8:30

“Romans 8:30 explains the process of salvation, stating that those whom God predestined, He also called, justified, and glorified. This verse emphasizes the assurance that God has a plan for believers, ensuring their ultimate transformation and acceptance into His glory. Glorification is the final step in the salvation process, where believers are transformed into the likeness of Christ.”

In 2015 the Lord gave a dream to alert me to the coming purification process. I had no idea how hard the progression would be in order to be put into ministry. I certainly have paid a high price giving up just about everything this world has to offer. The dream is recounted under Airport – I Paid a High Price.

The Lord spoke: “You bear the burden; you bear the glory.” We don’t get to glorification on this earth without the gold of suffering. A suffering to be set free. And if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together. Romans 8:17.

James 5:10 My brethren, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of suffering and patience. Then a rhyme came, “Suffer to be set free; there is great reward in suffering for Me.”

“When the time of testing comes, and the fire is turned up in your life, you have a choice: You can give up (“Forget it, I can’t deal with this”), or you can go for the gold (“I’m going to press into the Lord now more than ever”). We naturally cherish and appreciate something far more if we’ve had to pay a high price for it.” *

I ask you, would you be willing to be sent forth for Him with all the glory of the Godhead upon you after your golden purchase of suffering?  I believe that day when the Lord spoke, something was set in motion and continues to be in motion to bring about the awesome work that God has said is coming.  His Glory and our Revival received through the fire!

May we be found worthy to carry forth His golden glory in earthen vessels. No greater honor, no greater glory.

To know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3:19.

For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. Colossians 2:9-10.
